Job summary

Qualifications

• Two (2) years or more experience with mechanical repairs and diagnostics on heavy duty and medium duty equipment
• Must have minimum tools required to perform their job duties as outlined in Ryder's Maintenance policy 2.02
• Ability to pass Ryder drug test and DOT requirements
• Strong communication and multitasking capabilities

Responsibilities

• Interact with customer to coordinate preventative maintenance and maintenance estimates
• Road test vehicles to identify causes of repairs and ensure quality workmanship
• Perform preventive maintenance and various repairs as listed in the scope of work
• Maintain accurate repair orders and customer documentation
