Qualifications

• Two years or more experience with mechanical repairs and diagnostics on heavy duty and medium duty equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational/technical certification preferred.
• Must meet Ryder tool requirements and pass drug, background, and DOT checks.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on heavy‑duty vehicles.
• Road test vehicles to identify issues and ensure quality repairs.
• Document repairs using company systems and complete repair orders.
• Adhere to safety, DOT, and company policies in all tasks.
