Shift options: Tuesday through Saturday or Sunday through Thursday.

Hours: 11am to 8pm or 12pm to 9pm.

Position Overview: The Mobile Diesel Technician Level II performs inspections, light repairs, diagnostics, and other duties under supervision, with opportunities to learn advanced skills.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Perform scheduled maintenance, DOT inspections, and follow-up repairs on various vehicles.
  2. Diagnose and repair electrical, brake, cooling, and engine systems.
  3. Test and road test vehicles to ensure proper functioning.
  4. Manage parts inventory and document work performed accurately.
  5. Maintain safety and cleanliness of the work environment.
Minimum Requirements:
  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
  • Possession of necessary hand tools.
  • Obtain ASE T8 certification within 18 months.
  • Pass DOT physical and background checks.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • At least 21 years old.
Preferred Certifications:
  • ASE T3, T4, T5, T6, T7, T8 (PMI), and 608/609 certifications.
Skills & Abilities:
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Physical ability to perform labor-intensive tasks.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ability to use diagnostic tools and equipment.
