Job summary

Nextran Truck Centers is seeking a Mobile Diesel Technician to support fleets on-site in Orlando, FL. You’ll act as a concierge-style field technician, serving as an extension of the dealership and the customer’s operation, delivering planned maintenance, inspections, upgrades, and repairs directly at customer locations.

You will build lasting customer relationships, work with fleet managers and drivers, and travel to customer sites to keep equipment operating safely and efficiently.

Summary

As a Mobile Diesel Technician, you will serve as a concierge-style field technician supporting customer fleets on-site. You become an extension of both our dealership and our customers’ operation. Every day brings new challenges and opportunities as you work closely with fleet managers, drivers, and maintenance personnel to keep equipment operating safely and efficiently.

This is not a traditional roadside emergency repair position. Instead, you will serve as a trusted technical resource for our fleet customers, delivering planned maintenance, inspections, upgrades, and repair solutions directly at their locations.

We believe our technicians are among our most valuable assets. In this role, you will not simply repair equipment, you will build lasting relationships with customers and help develop solutions that support their business. You will work directly on customer property, in their maintenance facilities, and in the field, serving as a trusted advisor and representative of our organization.

Essential Duties:
