Fleet Services by Cox Automotive is seeking a Heavy-Duty Technician to support a growing nationwide team. You will maintain and repair trucks and equipment, working with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on site.

Fleet Services is currently hiring a Heavy-Duty Technician to join our team to support the future growth of the Company. The Heavy-Duty Technician will be responsible for maintenance and repair of a variety of trucks and equipment involving mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems.
This position offers production-based pay, meaning compensation is determined by the tasks performed. Pay ranges from $26.73 to $40.10 per flag hour based on location. The position may also be eligible for additional compensation, which may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.
Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of 6.67 hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
