Job summary

LanceSoft is seeking a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) to join our field team in Omaha, NE. This full-time role involves travel to multiple facilities, performing portable ultrasound exams, and transmitting images to radiologists for interpretation.

You will maintain equipment, follow infection control protocols, and provide compassionate patient care, with ARDMS RDMS or RVT credentials and vascular experience preferred. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program.
• Active ARDMS certification (RVT/RDMS) or CCI (RVS) credential.
• General and vascular ultrasound experience required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to travel throughout the assigned service area.
• Strong communication, organizational, and patient care skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality portable ultrasound examinations and transmit diagnostic images to the interpreting radiologist.
• Travel to assigned healthcare facilities using a company-provided vehicle while managing daily case assignments.
• Verify patient identity, review physician orders, and ensure accurate documentation before performing examinations.
• Maintain ultrasound equipment, complete required documentation, and communicate effectively with dispatch and healthcare staff.
• Follow infection control, patient safety, and company protocols while delivering compassionate patient care.
