CrowdGen is seeking Mandarin-speaking Independent Contractors to record unscripted calls on our secure platform. You will use fake names and follow a 6-step flow, with sessions paid per QA approval. Flexible scheduling and remote work, with potential earnings based on the number of completed sessions.

Selected contractors will sign an NDA and receive setup guidance via email, becoming part of the CrowdGen Community for this project Melora.

Qualifications

• Own an iPhone 17 family and a quiet recording space.
• Capable of 4–10 calls of 1–2 minutes, spread over days.
• Willing to be recorded, sign NDA, and follow project guidelines.
• Independent contractor role with remote, flexible scheduling.

Requirements

Native Mandarin Chinese speaker, 18+
Can read and follow short instructions in Mandarin Chinese
Own an iPhone 17, 17 Air, 17 Pro, or 17 Pro Max
Have a quiet indoor space to record (no TV, traffic, fans, or other voices)
Can complete 4-10 calls, each 1-2 minutes (5 minutes max)
Can spread calls out: no more than 3 per day, at least 3 hours apart, at different times of day across several days
Comfortable improvising a natural, unscripted call that follows a 6-step flow: greeting, ID verification, describing the issue, pausing for the agent's reply, resolution, and closing
Will use only fake names and account or order numbers (no real personal information)
Willing to be recorded, give recorded consent, sign an NDA, and follow project guidelines
How it works
Record solo calls on our secure platform. No second person is needed; pause where the agent would respond.
Submit basic metadata after each call.
Pay: $1.60 per QA-approved session
You need at least 4 approved sessions to be paid ($6.4), and you can do up to 10 ($16.00).
Sessions that fail QA don't count toward payment.
We recommend doing all 10 to get the full payout.

If selected, you will receive an email from CrowdGen regarding the creation of an account using your application email address. You will need to log in to this account and reset the password, complete the setup requirements, and proceed with your application for this project-based role.

  0 to 3 sessions and QA-failed sessions are not paid
