Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced software engineer to lead a mobile app development team. You will own architecture across native iOS/Android, React Native, Flutter, and Kotlin Multiplatform.

You will coordinate with clients and offshore teams while applying AI tools to improve delivery and quality. The role requires strong leadership and creative problem solving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience as a software engineer.
• At least 2 years leading a team of developers delivering to clients.
• Hands-on experience in native iOS (Swift) or Android (Java/Kotlin), React Native, Flutter, or Kotlin Multiplatform.
• 2+ years using AI tools within the software lifecycle.

Your role

Your central role in the mobile ecosystem enables you to help clients manage the demands of fast-moving environments. With your knowledge of innovative on-the-go solutions, you'll help them become mobility leaders by creating strategic, cross-company approaches that increase productivity, enhance collaboration and drive more transactions.

Here’s what you’ll need

Minimum 7 years of experience working a software engineer. Minimum 2 years of experience demonstrating managing a team of developers and deliveries to clients Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in native iOS (Swift) or Android (Java/Kotlin), React Native, Flutter, or Kotlin Multiplatform Minimum 2 years of experience using AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Kiro, Gemini) within the software development lifecycle Bonus points if: Have contributed significantly to at least two mobile applications and be able to describe those contributions Hands-on full-stack development experience with NestJS/Node and/or web experience with React Professional Skill Requirements: Proven success in leading a team-oriented environment Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment Desire to work in an information systems environment Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral), and interpersonal skills
