Qualifications

• 5+ years of Android development experience.
• Strong Kotlin and modern Android practices.
• Hands-on with Jetpack Compose and Material 3.
• MVVM / Clean Architecture, including dependency injection and API integration.
• Experience with local data storage (Datastore) and unit testing (JUnit/Mockito).
• Familiarity with GitHub, CI/CD (CircleCI), Firebase, and Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across distributed teams.

At Brocsoft, we are looking for a Senior Android Developer to join a strategic digital health initiative focused on building an Executive Health mobile application from scratch.

You will be part of a greenfield project, collaborating with distributed teams and contributing to key architectural decisions while developing a modern Android application using the latest technologies. This role involves building scalable, high-quality solutions within a regulated healthcare environment, participating in the full product development lifecycle and working on a product designed to deliver real impact to its users.

What You'll Do

Requirements

• Strong experience with Kotlin and modern Android best practices.
• Hands-on experience with Jetpack Compose (Navigation Compose) and Material 3.
• Solid understanding of MVVM / Clean Architecture, including dependency injection (Koin) and API integration (Retrofit).
• Experience with local data storage (Datastore Preferences) and unit testing (JUnit, Mockito, Robolectric).
• Familiarity with GitHub, CI/CD (CircleCI), Firebase, and Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within distributed teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience building applications from scratch (greenfield projects).
• Experience in healthcare or regulated industries.
