Job summary

HealthDrive is seeking a Dentist to provide general dentistry services across nursing homes, assisted living facilities and long-term care facilities in Middlesex County, MA, including Lowell, Concord and Chelmsford. The role can be Part-Time or Full-Time with 2–4 days per week and involves daily travel to sites with all equipment and EMR provided.

Qualifications

• D.D.S./D.M.D. required and licensed in the state.
• Ability to manage dental care independently across facilities.
• Comfort with EMR and digital records systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide general dentistry services to residents in long-term care facilities.
• Perform routine exams, x-rays and preventive care.
• Conduct extractions, fillings, denture work, and emergency care as needed.
• Maintain patient records and documentation.
• Travel daily to skilled nursing facilities within the territory.
