Job summary

HealthDrive is seeking a Dentist to work in Massachusetts, delivering on-site dentistry to residents in long-term care facilities. This role offers 2-5 days per week (part-time or full-time) with a production-based pay structure and mileage reimbursement.

You will provide general dentistry services, travel across a defined territory, and enjoy 100% malpractice coverage plus full administrative support and equipment provided, including a laptop with our EMR system.

Qualifications

• D.D.S. or D.M.D. licensed to practice dentistry.
• Valid state professional license and driver’s license.
• Ability to work independently in long-term care settings.
• Proficiency with EMR and basic software.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide general dentistry services to residents of nursing homes and long-term care facilities.
• Perform routine examinations, extractions, fillings, and denture work.
• Provide emergency dental services and maintain clinical documentation in EMR.
• Travel daily within assigned territory to mobile facilities.
• Enter patient data and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
