HealthDrive is seeking a Dentist to serve long-term care communities in Massachusetts, offering Part-Time or Full-Time schedules (2–5 days per week) with treatment autonomy.

You can earn $600+ per day under a production-based pay structure, plus mileage reimbursement, 100% malpractice coverage, and full administrative support; most benefits begin at 4+ days per week, with no after-hours required.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree required.
• State license to practice dentistry.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to work independently with clinical autonomy.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with EMR and healthcare software.

Responsibilities

• Provide general dentistry services to residents of nursing homes and long-term care facilities.
• Perform routine exams and cancer screenings.
• Carry out routine extractions and fillings.
• Fabricate, relines, and repair dentures.
• Provide emergency dental services.
• Enter patient information and document in EMR.
• Travel daily to facilities for mobile care.
