Job summary

HealthDrive is seeking a Mobile Dentist for a full-time role across Northern Maryland, with daily travel to facilities in Towson, Parkville, Bel Air, Timonium, and surrounding areas. This mobile practice offers autonomy and a patient-centered approach with no evening or weekend hours.

You will conduct exams, provide routine care, document in our EMR, and ensure billing accuracy while adhering to OSHA guidelines.

Qualifications

• Dental background with proficiency in assessment, treatment, management and evaluation of dental care.
• Ability to work independently on a daily basis.
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to use EMR, text, email, the internet, and to learn other healthcare related software.
• Self-starter attitude with the desire to deliver quality, thoughtful, and attentive care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive examinations and regular dental care.
• Examinations, restorative, routine extractions, denture fabrication and repairs.
• Document patient and clinical information in the EMR system.
• Apply proper coding guidelines and populate billing codes for services.
• Adhere to OSHA guidelines for patient care, disposal of materials and sterilization.

HealthDrive is currently seeking a Mobile Dentist, to work Full-time (5 days per week) in Northern Baltimore, Maryland (work available in but not limited to Towson, Parkville, Bel Air, Timonium, Reisterstown, Frederick, Westminster, and Mt. Airy, MD areas)

*Opportunity to earn $150,000+ per year in exchange for routine care*

Responsibilities

Role Overview & Responsibilities for Dentists:

• Conduct comprehensive examinations and regular dental care
• Traditional daily patient care will include examinations, restorative, routine extractions, denture fabrications, and repairs
• Complete required patient and clinical documentation in our proprietary electronic medical record system
• Responsible for applying proper coding guidelines and populating appropriate billing codes for services provided to patients
• Adheres to OSHA guidelines regarding patient care, disposal of materials, and sterilization of equipment

Physical Requirements for Dentists:

• Ability to stand, to bend, and to lift
• Ability to transport mobile dental equipment (maximum of 15 lbs.)
• May be occasionally required to transport patients in wheelchairs

Education & Qualifications:

• D.D.S or D.M.D
• Current state professional license
• Valid driver's license

Travel:

This is a mobile position. Daily travel is based on the patient care requirements for the specified service area; your practice. A valid driver's license and the ability to drive significant distances on occasion is required.
