Job summary

International Community Health Services (ICHS) is seeking a CDL Driver and Patient Services Representative to operate the Mobile Dental Van and support clinic-based services in Seattle, WA. This role combines driving with reception, scheduling, and patient registration duties.

The position requires education of a high school diploma or equivalent, and experience as a medical/dental receptionist is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year receptionist experience in medical/dental setting preferred.
• CDL Class A with air brake endorsement or willingness to complete CDL training per company policy.

Responsibilities

• Drive Mobile Dental Van on scheduled routes (75% mobile, 25% clinic).
• Provide clerical support: reception, scheduling, patient registration, insurance processing, records release, and referrals.
• Arrange interpreter/transportation and handle general office duties.
