Job summary

International Community Health Services (ICHS) seeks a CDL Driver and Patient Services Representative to operate the Mobile Dental Van and support clinic-based services in Seattle, WA. The role blends driving with front-desk responsibilities, appointments, and records handling.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and at least one year as a medical/dental receptionist; a Washington CDL with air break endorsement is required or willingness to complete ICHS CDL training after hire.

Qualifications

• One (1) year experience as a receptionist in a medical and/or dental office setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive Mobile Dental Van according to schedule (75% mobile during school year, 25% clinic-based).
• Provide clerical support: reception, scheduling, registering patients, assisting with insurance applications, processing release of records requests, making referral appointments, arranging interpreters and transportation, and other office duties.
