Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to take initiative and be proactive.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing work environment and responsibilities.
• Responsible and punctual with excellent communication.
• Attentive to detail and data accuracy.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Comfortable working with children and diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Assist dentists and dental hygienists with procedures.
• Perform administrative tasks: charting, appointments, and registration.
• Assist with clinic setup and takedown.
• Take and develop dental X-rays.
• Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control; manage on-site supplies.
• Manage patient flow of the on-site clinic.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
