Are you ready to be the difference? Our Mobile Crisis Response Team is a lifeline for those in mental health crises, delivering vital, community-based behavioral health services 24/7.

Schedule:
12-hour night shifts;2.5 week day nights and one weekend night per week.

Some Key Duties:

  • Deliver timely mobile responses to stabilize crises in urban and rural areas.
  • Conduct risk assessments and coordinate care plans with a compassionate, solution-focused approach.
  • Follow up with individual’s post-crisis to ensure safety and continuity of care.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • A master’s degree in a Behavioral Social Science field (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LADC-MH) with licensure in the State of Oklahoma.
  • One year of mental health field experience; crisis management experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in technology, including MS Office and telehealth tools.
  • Valid Oklahoma driver’s license and reliable transportation with insurance.
  • CPR, First Aid, and Therapeutic Options certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days).

*Starting salary for this position is guided by experience, education, certification(s), and the ability to perform the assigned tasks
