Job summary

Catholic Community Services, Family Behavioral Health is seeking a Crisis Mental Health Therapist to join our mobile and community-based team serving children and families in the Tacoma area.

This role offers a competitive base salary ($90,084.80–$100,193.60) with sign-on bonus and relocation assistance, plus eligibility for additional pay like first responder and language stipends; a strong emphasis on wraparound services in home and community settings.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavioral Sciences, or equivalent, accredited degree.
• Knowledge of WISe principles and practice or Crisis Response preferred
• Passion for helping families stay together.
• Flexible schedule and on-call rotation responsibilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a genuine strengths-based approach.

Responsibilities

• The Children's Mobile Crisis Team provides a creative and innovative mobile crisis response to children and youth in crisis.
• Position based out of the North Tacoma office with scheduling flexibility; services in homes, community settings, and offices.
