Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology or Counseling.
• Fully licensed to practice in Michigan.
• Minimum of 3 years post-graduate experience with severe mental illness, SED, IDD, or substance use.
• 1 year supervisory experience desired.
• Complete Behavioral Health Crisis Provider Training within 6 months of hire.
• Valid U.S. driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and clinical oversight of MCIT, ensuring coverage across shifts.
• Supervise, train, and support MCIT staff, including hiring and performance management.
• Ensure complete and compliant clinical documentation.
• Coordinate staff scheduling and referrals to meet community needs.
• Provide clinical guidance for assessment, crisis intervention, and stabilization.
• Monitor program performance and support quality improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure coordinated crisis care.
• Maintain licensure and complete required trainings.
