The role requires clinical leadership, staffing coordination across shifts, and ensuring timely crisis response in the community.

The position is fully on site at LCMHA's Mobile Crisis Office in Adrian, with a salary range of $77,649 to $100,269 per year based on years of service.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling.
• Fully licensed to practice in Michigan.
• At least 3 years post-graduate experience with severe mental illness, SED, developmental disabilities, or substance use.
• 1 year supervisory experience desired.
• Behavioral Health Crisis Provider Training within 6 months of hire.
• Valid U.S. driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and clinical oversight of the Mobile Crisis Intervention Team (MCIT) across shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Supervise, train, and support MCIT staff, including hiring and performance management.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of clinical documentation per policy and standards.
• Coordinate staff scheduling, referrals, and service delivery to meet community needs.
• Provide clinical guidance in the field for assessment, crisis intervention, and stabilization.
• Monitor program performance through data reports and ensure compliance with standards.
• Promote best practices and person-centered care in crisis services.
• Collaborate with leadership and external stakeholders for outcomes and reporting.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure coordinated crisis care.
• Facilitate daily operational meetings with Access Department and other teams.
• Maintain licensure and complete required training.
