Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a capable Supervisor to assist the Mobile Crisis Manager in leading a team delivering Mobile Crisis Response Services. The role emphasizes supervision, on-call rotation, and ensuring timely, compliant interventions.

The ideal candidate has leadership experience in behavioral health, strong crisis intervention skills, and a commitment to documentation and quality outcomes. This position is based in Georgia and requires LIC/LSW licensure eligibility as applicable.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a clinical and operational leadership position.
• 2-3+ years leadership in supervisory roles preferred, especially within behavioral health.
• 1-2 years Mobile Crisis experience preferred.
• 1-3 years of Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities experience preferred.
• Master’s degree in a behavioral health discipline with GA LPC or LCSW licensure required.

Requirements

• Preference given to candidates with 2-3+ years demonstrated leadership in supervisory, managerial, or team leader roles, particularly within the behavioral health field
• 1 to 2 years Mobile Crisis experience strongly preferred
• 1 to 3 years of Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities experience preferred
• Master’s degree in a behavioral health discipline with a valid license to practice in the state of Georgia as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
