Job summary

Santé Group Companies seeks a Mobile Crisis Specialist Intern (in office) to join our Eastern Shore teams. You will assist with crisis assessments, plan continuation of services, and mentor from a senior team member while gaining in-depth behavioral health exposure.

The internship offers on-the-job training, direct mentorship, and a stipend per semester to support graduate studies; the program emphasizes learning, collaboration, and compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a master's level degree program in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field of study.
• At least one year of professional experience in crisis environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform crisis assessments and develop crisis plans for continuation of services.
• Communicate client needs and make referrals to internal or community resources.
• Work with diverse clients including children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric.
• Complete clinical and non-clinical documentation accurately and thoroughly.
• Educate clients about mental health, substance use resources, and available services.
