Santé is seeking a Mobile Crisis SpecialistMCT provides 24/7 community-based behavioral health crisis assessment, intervention, and stabilization services throughout Mecklenburg County. Team respond in the community to individuals experiencing mental health or substance use crises, with the goal of de-escalation, safety planning, connection to ongoing services, and reducing unnecessary hospitalizations, incarcerations, and emergency department utilization.
