• Exercise sound clinical judgment to determine appropriate course of action in crises.
• Reach a resolution of crisis that is clinically appropriate and least restrictive.
• Respect and incorporate clients' cultural beliefs and collaborate with community resources.
• Work with law enforcement, emergency departments, and other emergency personnel in crises.
• Provide follow-up case management as assigned.
• Maintain professional boundaries and timely documentation of case notes.
