Yamhill County has three (3) regular full-time positions for a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP)/Advanced Practice Behavioral Health Clinician. In this role, you will perform various tasks, primarily in the community, providing crisis and de-escalation services with law enforcement, criminal justice partners, and community members. Your duties will include assisting in quality assurance activities, participating in program planning and development, engaging in collaborative documentation in EMR with clients, and may include care coordination, case management, crisis services, skills training, consultation, in-service training, education programs, and other administrative tasks as required by the supervisor/manager.
This position may be underfilled with a Behavioral Health Clinician. Please see classification specifications below for details.
Working three 12-hour shifts; current schedule is 5 am to 5 pm, days TBD.

MSW or master's degree in social services from an accredited school is required. Specific requirements vary for each role:
Ideal candidates will understand community mental health techniques, manage stress behaviors, develop cooperative relationships, interpret mental health services, and maintain thorough documentation. Proficiency in typing and computer use, excellent communication, dependability, organization, and teamwork are essential.
