Legacy Treatment Services operates a State-designated Crisis Intervention Program for Chester County, providing evaluations 24 hours a day / 365 days a year to individuals experiencing a psychiatric crisis or posing a danger to self, others or property. The Mobile Crisis Response Team supervisor role involves scheduling, training, on-call coverage, and community engagement while carrying a caseload if required and maintaining agencies

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Human Services with 2 years of experience.
• RN with 2 years’ experience in mental health or crisis work.
• Crisis Intervention experience required.
• Experience with kids and families preferred.
• Clinical license preferred.
• Driver's license in good standing; no suspensions or excessive violations in 3 years.
• CPR and First Aid training required; annual training completed.
• Some travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the program including scheduling, shifts, training, on-call coverage.
• Represent the program in the community.
• Plan, develop, and evaluate the program’s effectiveness.
• Carry a caseload, if required.
• Maintain positive relationships with community agencies.
• Assess and address age-related care needs.
• Report to work in inclement weather.
