Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in behavioral science from an accredited university.
• QMHA Certification through MHACBO is required.
• Must have a valid driver's license at time of application and Oregon license by appointment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to calls as part of two-person mobile crisis teams in rural and metro Lane County.
• Provide crisis assessment, intervention, and safety planning using standardized tools.
• Offer follow-up referrals and case management support after crises.
• Work closely with behavioral health clinical staff for oversight and backup support.
