Job summary

Qualifications

• CADC certification required.
• At least one year of experience in mental health/crisis services or related field preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Must pass pre-employment background screenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide immediate, on-site support and crisis intervention to individuals in behavioral health emergencies.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized crisis response and safety plans.
• Assist individuals in identifying strengths, recovery goals, and barriers to wellness.
• Facilitate linkage to community-based services and coordinate follow-up care.
• Collaborate with internal team members and external providers to ensure continuity of care.
• Identify high-risk factors and seek QMHP consultation when appropriate.
• Participate in ongoing training, staff meetings, and professional development.
• Maintain timely and accurate service documentation.
