Integrated Health Resources LLC is seeking licensed mental health professionals to provide mobile crisis response in Clarke County, GA. This full- and part-time role covers rapid, face-to-face assessments in community settings 24/7.

Licensed candidates (LCSW/LMFT/LPC or associate) with CPR certification are preferred. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required for this field-based position, with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits available.

• Master’s degree from an accredited school with a valid license in the state of Georgia as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC (preferred), or an associate level license (LAPC, LAMFT, and LMSW).
• Valid CPR certification is required. You may obtain certification through organizations such as the American Red Cross, American Heart Association, or the Health and Safety Institute.

• Provide community-based, face-to-face clinical assessments.
• Respond rapidly to children and adults with behavioral health conditions in crisis.
• Operate as a 24/7 mobile crisis service across homes, schools, hospitals, and other settings.

Immediate openings for Full and Part time shifts in Clarke County and surrounding areas. YOU MUST BE LICENSED IN MENTAL HEALTH TO BE CONSIDERED

Available Shifts

• Monday-Friday 12pm to 8pm (FT 40hrs)
• Wednesday-Saturday 3pm to 1am (FT 40hrs)
• Friday 10pm to 6am (PT 10hrs)

Pay Rate

Provisionally Licensed (LMSW, LAPC, LAMFT: $28.00 per hour)

Independently Licensed (LPC, LMFT, LCSW: $30.00 per hour)

Candidates must meet job and residency requirements for this role. Valid driver's license, & reliable transportation

Position Overview

Serve as first responder, providing community-based, face-to-face clinical assessment, rapid response to children and adults with behavioral health conditions, intellectual/developmental disabilities, and/or autism spectrum disorder (ASD) in an active state of crisis. This service operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Mobile Crisis care is provided in community settings including, but not limited to homes, residential settings, other treatment/support settings, schools, hospital emergency departments, jails, and social service settings. The ability to respond quickly, professionally, and compassionately is required.

Education & Credentials

Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum one to two years’ clinical behavioral health experience.
• Experience in assessment, crisis intervention and stabilization skills and familiarity with mental health, addictive disease, and Intellectual or Developmental disability service delivery system required.
• Bi-lingual preferred

Travel Requirements

• This is a 100% mobile response position that requires a valid, unrestricted driver's license.
• First responders must be able to drive in a car for the duration of their assigned shift, if necessary.
• First responders must be able to drive at any time of day or night, and do so safely and without restriction for length, duration or condition of the drive.
• At times, driving in heavy traffic or other adverse weather conditions may be required.
