Job summary

Easterseals PORT Health in Northern Virginia is seeking a compassionate Mobile Crisis Coordinator to support individuals with behavioral health crises, including those with I/DD, by facilitating engagement, stabilization, and resolution whenever possible.

You will conduct community stabilization sessions, build partnerships with local agencies, and coordinate admissions for crisis homes, on a rotating on-call schedule with travel to Arlington, Alexandria, Fairfax, Loudoun, and Prince William

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a license-eligible field (social work, counseling).
• Licensed or Licensed-Eligible as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for work-related travel.
• 1 year experience with mental health populations and I/DD preferred.
• Proficiency with EHR systems and Microsoft Suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide crisis response and stabilization for individuals with behavioral health needs.
• Deliver community stabilization sessions and coordinate admissions for crisis homes.
• Build and maintain partnerships with local agencies and participate in on-call rotations.
