Job summary

Child-Guidance-Center (CGC) in Northeast Florida seeks a licensed clinician to join our mobile response team, providing front-line crisis intervention for children and adults. You will assess, de-escalate, and stabilize clients in real time, coordinate follow-up, and collaborate with schools, law enforcement, Foster Care, and crisis units.

Requirements include a Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage & Family Therapy, a FL LCSW/LMHC/LMFT license, and 2+ years of pediatric

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage & Family Therapy.
• FL LCSW/LMHC/LMFT license.
• 2+ years of therapeutic experience with children and adolescents.
• Experience with Florida Baker Act criteria and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Respond to real-time crises and provide front-line intervention.
• Assess and stabilize clients within 60 minutes.
• Coordinate with families, schools, law enforcement, and care units.
• Train community stakeholders on crisis prevention and Baker Act criteria and procedures.
