Santé Group in Westminster, MD is hiring a Mobile Crisis Clinician (PRN) to join our Regional Mobile Response Team. This is an in-person role supporting day and evening shifts, with on-scene assessments and crisis intervention duties.

You will develop crisis plans, coordinate with families, police, and community providers, and document thoroughly. Requires a Master’s in Social Work or Counseling and MD licensure; 2+ years crisis experience preferred. Hourly pay $34-37.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in Social Work or Counseling.
• At least two years of crisis experience preferred.
• Maryland licensure (LMSW, LGPC, LCSW-C or LCPC) required or ready to train.
• Must have valid driver’s license and insurance.

What We’re Looking For:

Sante is seeking a Mobile Crisis Clinicians to join our new Regional Mobile Response (MRT) Team in Westminster, MD (Carroll County). This is a PRN role supporting day and evening shifts.

As an MRT Clinician, you will assess, evaluate, and perform crisis intervention techniques, develop crisis plans, and serve as the on-site resource for clinical information and partner with all involved parties, including but not limited to families, friends, and community providers.

This is an in-person role, only.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform on-scene assessments, clinical evaluation, and treatment plans upon entry to community situations.
• Effectively perform crisis intervention, including de-escalation, crisis planning, and implementation.
• Design appropriate referral recommendations using available community resources.
• Partner with police, first responders, and other community agencies when needed.
• Complete documentation in an accurate and thorough manner.

What We Require:

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or Counseling and at least two (2) years of crisis experience.
  • Experience is preferred but not required.
• Must possess and maintain current licensure in the State of Maryland(LMSW, LGPC, LCSW-C or LCPC)
  • Willing to train newly licensed individuals or candidates scheduled to test within 1 month of hire.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of current automobile insurance.

What You’ll Get:

• Hourly Rate:$34.00-$37.00 per hour, based on experience and licensure.

  • Day Shifts: 8am-4pm
  • Evening Shifts: 4pm-12am
