Job summary

Aspire Health and Community Services in Quincy, MA, is seeking a Clinician to join the Mobile Crisis Intervention team. You will perform telephone triage, screening, counseling, and face-to-face crisis evaluations for adults, children, and families, coordinating dispositions and referrals as needed.

Weekly supervision from independently licensed professionals is provided. The role requires a Master’s degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling and a full-time schedule with shift

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling or related field required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in Crisis Intervention or similar setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct crisis evaluations using established tools and document findings.
• Perform on-site and community-based evaluations with travel as needed.
• Provide short-term crisis follow-up, stabilization, and counseling.
• Offer triage, pre-screening, referrals, and consultation by phone, walk-in, or in person.
