Job summary

DeCoach Recovery in Dayton, OH is seeking a Clinical Supervisor (LPCC or LISW) to lead our mobile crisis team in Kettering. You will supervise assessments, develop treatment plans, and coordinate with a multidisciplinary mental health staff to ensure high-quality care and timely interventions.

Qualifications

• Degree in counseling, social work, or chemical dependency required.
• State licensure as LPCC, LISW, LICDC or equivalent where applicable.
• Proven ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Supervise assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise individual and group counseling sessions.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and case managers.
