Job summary

Fabcon is seeking an Equipment Operator (Mobile Crane and Switcher truck) to join our team in a hands-on role. You will operate heavy machinery safely and deliver materials to production lines to keep them supplied throughout the day.

Excellent communication with operators and crews is essential to provide exceptional service, and you will dispose of scrap materials as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• Equipment operation experience in a Heavy Manufacturing setting.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to operate machinery safely.
• Ability to work overtime when required.
• Troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Safe operation of machinery on a daily basis.
• Delivering materials of various size and weight to the Production lines to supply them on a daily basis.
• Maintain consistent communication between other operators and production crews throughout the day in order to provide exceptional service.
• Properly dispose of scrap materials throughout the day.
