You will read prints, build forms, and ensure proper elevations while maintaining safety and coordinating with management.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand drawings and prints.
• Build and/or assemble forms for concrete work.
• Set forms to elevations and locations per specs.
• Observe safety policies and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand drawings and prints.
• Build and assemble forms for concrete floors, walls, and structures.
• Set forms to proper elevations and locations.
• Erect scaffolding and ladders for above-ground work.
• Coordinate with Foreman, Riding Boss, or Project Manager on materials and safety.
• Assist with placing concrete as needed.
• Ensure equipment is in safe working condition.
