Job summary

You will complete certifications from Dell and Lenovo as part of onboarding and handle all customer interactions onsite.

Qualifications

• Prior hands-on experience with replacing components on laptops and desktops.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must be comfortable with daily local travel.

Responsibilities

• Do hardware repairs and installations on laptop and desktop units.
• Complete certifications from Dell and Lenovo during onboarding.
• Log into the tech portal each morning by 9 am to prepare for the day.
