Job summary

TDG Facilities LLC is seeking a full-time Mobile Compressed Air Service Technician – HVAC/Industrial Mechanical to support clients in the Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky region. You will perform service, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of commercial and industrial compressed-air systems, working independently in the field with a company vehicle provided.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in Commercial HVAC applications.
• Strong mechanical aptitude, with experience diagnosing HVAC issues.
• Keen eye for detail.
• Highly organized.
• Ability to self-manage and perform each essential duties beyond satisfaction.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Effective communication skills with a great attitude.
• Must be able to pass background checks, drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of commercial and industrial air compressors.
• Service rotary screw, reciprocating, and other common compressor technologies.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, control, temperature, pressure, and airflow-related equipment issues.
• Inspect and service refrigerated and desiccant compressed-air dryers.
• Troubleshoot condensate drains, filtration systems, regulators, receivers, and related equipment.
• Develop and communicate corrective actions to customers and internal teams.
• Support installation and replacement of compressors, dryers, and related components.
• Maintain safe work practices and detailed records of activities.
