Job summary

TDG Facilities LLC in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a full-time mobile Compressed Air Service Technician to support clients in the Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky region. The role involves service, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of commercial and industrial compressed-air systems, and related mechanical equipment.

The ideal candidate has mechanical strength with experience in air compressors, dryers, filtration, and controls, and will work independently in the field.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in Commercial HVAC applications.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with experience diagnosing HVAC issues.
• Highly organized and able to self-manage.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of commercial and industrial air compressors.
• Service rotary screw, reciprocating, and other common compressor technologies.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, control, temperature, pressure, and airflow-related issues.
• Perform compressor maintenance based on manufacturer recommendations and operating-hour intervals.
• Inspect and service refrigerated and desiccant compressed-air dryers.
• Troubleshoot condensate drains, filtration systems, regulators, receivers, and related compressed-air equipment.
