Job summary

Listening Ear, LLC is seeking Consumer Support Workers to assist adults with developmental disabilities in community activities across Ionia County. You will engage consumers, transport them to activities, and complete necessary documentation.

This role requires a valid driver’s license and knowledge of laws relevant to the care of disabled adults. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and have a High School Diploma or equivalent. The position offers flexible full-time or part-time schedules and is based entirely on-site.
