Pay Range

This range is provided by Team Schierl Companies. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range: $19.00/hr - $25.00/hr

Job Overview

Unique opportunity to work independently outdoors. We seek someone with mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills to serve our clients' commercial and agricultural equipment needs. This full-time position is Monday through Friday, with rotating On-Call for after-hours service calls, offering a premium callout rate for 'After Hours'.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Tire service on commercial, farm, and industrial equipment
  2. Tire repairs, replacements, mounting/dismounting
  3. Servicing existing accounts and developing new accounts
Qualifications
  • Experience outdoors and/or with mechanical equipment valued
  • Attend a 6-8 week training schedule upon hire
  • Focus on safety and providing excellent service
  • Interest in agricultural and transportation industries
  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record
