Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/move for extended periods.
• Fluent in English.
• Valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
• Availability for early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by operating mobile coffee wagons at events.
• Engage and pitch customers to convert sales.
• Upsell through product recommendations.
• Prepare and serve premium drinks.
• Manage setup, stocking, and breakdown of the station.
• Promote Tribe Coffee on social media.
• Act as a brand ambassador.
