Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach via cold call/emails to departments that are ideal targets for mobile clinics.
• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, retain customers, and drive conversions.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Utilize market insights to refine marketing strategies and tactics.
• Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all channels and materials.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of brand guidelines.
• Arrange a location for the mobile clinic with the point of contact, ensure that the space is adequate and ensures privacy.
• Reach KPI goals on a daily and weekly basis.
• Uphold all marketing related SOP's.
• Visit the location in person to ensure the space is adequate, if necessary.
• Coordinate with management logistical processes in a timely manner leading up to clinical date.
• Ensure that there is an adequate amount of pre registrations into the mobile clinic to render our services (25 pre registrations).
• Visit the clinic the day of the mobile clinic to ensure the operation is running smoothly, and create a relationship with the POC.
• Create a summary report in conclusion of the mobile clinic to share with management.
• Other duties as assigned
