Job summary

New Season Treatment Centers seeks a safety-focused team member to support the mobile unit and clinic operations. You will perform hourly walkthroughs, safety checks, and coordinate with the Program Director to ensure secure, compliant operations across locations.

Required are a High school diploma/GED, a CDL and a safe driving record, plus experience in de-escalation and crowd control to maintain a calm environment for patients and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (or equivalency) required.
• CDL and a safe driving record required.
• Understanding of de-escalation techniques to keep a calm environment with patients.
• Crowd control experience and ability to de-escalate heated situations.

Responsibilities

• Perform an area walkthrough of the clinic at least once every hour.
• Perform area sweeps to ensure safety around the mobile unit.
• Perform mobile unit security checks at all locations.
• Complete beginning and end-of-day checklists to set up and secure the mobile unit.
• Assist in collaboration with community partners to coordinate care for patients.
• Coordinate with vendor staff for repairs and maintenance of the mobile unit.
• Communicate inventory and supply needs to the Program Director.
• Coordinate telehealth and telecounseling appointments for patients.
