Qualifications

• Licensing: Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
• Experience in hospitality, public relations, brand ambassador or high-end retail preferred.
• Technical skills: iPhone photography/videography and social media use (Instagram, TikTok).
• Communication: Exceptional verbal communication; comfortable on camera.
• Physicality: Able to operate a large van and load/unload promo materials.

Responsibilities

• "Final Delivery" Experience: Navigate the branded Swag Van to client residences or workplaces to personally deliver settlement checks throughout Massachusetts.
• Multimedia Content Creation: Capture high-quality video testimonials; manage end-to-end storytelling for social platforms.
• Reputation Management: Guide clients to leave 5-star reviews on-site during peak excitement.
• Strategic Referral Generation: Build rapport to generate natural referrals to the firm.
• Brand Advocacy & Social Media: Document day-in-the-life content to boost brand visibility.
• Fleet & Inventory Management: Maintain van as a premium asset; manage inventory and upkeep.
