Job summary

Mitie is seeking a reliable cleaner to join our facilities team. You will ensure equipment is clean, well maintained, and in safe working order, and you will follow health and safety requirements while completing required training.

You will work within a team and can also use your own initiative, building positive relationships with customers and delivering excellent service while seeking ways to improve and exceed expectations. Mitie offers a range of flexible benefits and recognition programs.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential.
• Ability to communicate in English at a basic level.
• Flexible approach to the role and reliable work ethic.
• Open, honest, self-driven and determined.

Responsibilities

• Ensure equipment is clean, well maintained and in safe working order.

• Ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained and in safe working order and meeting all agreed SLAs
• Build your knowledge and understanding of the designated cleaning area, when the work needs to be carried out and all cleaning equipment and chemicals used on the premises while following Health and Safety requirements
• Undertake all training required to deliver the cleaning role
• Work within a team and can work under their own initiative
• Build positive and productive working relationships with all customers, delivery excellent customer service and seeking ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations.
