Job summary

Hawthorne Health, Inc. is seeking dual-credentialed Cardiac and Vascular Sonographers for a 3- to 4-month, full-time contract. Travel regionally to patient homes to perform echocardiograms and vascular imaging, with a monthly stipend of $8,000–$10,000 and travel expenses covered.

You will operate portable ultrasound equipment, adhere to ASE guidelines, and complete preliminary reports for sponsor review. Ideal candidates hold active RDCS/RCS and RVT/RVS credentials, BLS, a valid driver's

Qualifications

• Active registration in cardiac and vascular imaging is required.
• Full-time or near full-time availability.
• BLS certification.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with willingness to travel locally/regionally.
• Ability to work independently in field settings.

Responsibilities

• Travel to patient homes to conduct visits, averaging 25 visits per month.
• Transport and set up portable ultrasound equipment.
• Explain procedures and obtain informed cooperation from participants.
• Perform echocardiograms and vascular imaging per protocol.
• Monitor patient comfort and safety during imaging.
• Maintain imaging quality per ASE standards; label images correctly.
• Complete preliminary report with measurements and comments.
