Job summary

tdgFacilities is seeking a full-time Mobile Building Systems & Low Voltage Technician to support customers in the Greater Cincinnati area. The role covers access control, CCTV, building automation, and general maintenance across commercial facilities.

You’ll troubleshoot, install low-voltage cabling, and work on doors, sensors, and control systems. The position emphasizes hands-on problem solving, independent work, and coordination with a team.

Qualifications

• Experience with low-voltage, security and building automation systems.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and equipment documentation.
• Comfortable using meters and diagnostic tools.

Responsibilities

• Low-voltage wiring, cabling, terminations, and troubleshooting.
• Access control systems, card readers, and related hardware.
• Security devices, cameras, sensors, and related infrastructure.
• Intercom and communication systems.
• Building automation and control system components.
• Door operators and related controls.
• Troubleshooting building system communication and connectivity issues.
• Preventive maintenance and system inspections.
• General facility repairs and mobile maintenance.
