A maintenance service provider is seeking a Non-Union Mobile Building Engineer responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance across multiple commercial buildings. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience, strong technical skills, and the ability to work independently. The Non-Union Mobile Building Engineer is responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance, safety inspections, and minor repairs across multiple commercial buildings within a designated territory. This role requires a self-motivated individual with strong technical skills and the ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of safety and customer service. The Mobile Building Engineer reports directly to the Lead Engineer.
Pay: $50.00 per hour.
The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary basedon applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
Schedule – 3 days a week, 7am – 3:30pm or 8am – 4:30pm and days are negotiable

Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of Maintenance/Building Engineer experience
EPA Universal Certification preferred
Experience working in a mobile or multi-site environment is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine and emergency maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems across multiple facilities
Conduct scheduled inspections and safety checks to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards
Respond to service calls and troubleshoot issues efficiently and professionally
Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent at each site
Collaborate with property managers, tenants, and vendors to ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues
Monitor building automation systems (BAS) and make adjustments as needed
Ensure tools, equipment, and company vehicle are maintained in good working condition
Travel daily between assigned buildings within the territory (mileage reimbursement or company vehicle provided)
Additional Information:
On-call availability may be required for after-hours emergencies
