Job summary

Our Blood Institute in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Phlebotomy Supervisor who leads from the front, coaches a team of donors, and ensures safe, smooth blood drives. You will perform phlebotomy, monitor donor eligibility, and foster an exceptional donor experience while traveling to locations across the region.

This leadership role offers competitive pay, bonuses up to $3,000, and benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years of proven leadership experience.
• Healthcare or medical experience required.
• Phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work a varied schedule, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
• Willingness to drive coach vehicles.
• Ability to provide an MVR with zero points and no moving/traffic violations.
• Ability to lift, bend, and reach up to 40 lbs.

Pay: Competitive pay based on education and/or experience to include shift differential and holiday pay; tenure bonuses; employee referral bonuses
